Hey,
I was trying Build 5308 and i saw there was no support for my network adapter, it uses the Winbond W89C840 PCI driver, any chance of finding this driver in the final build of Vista or do i have to go out and get myself a new network adapter.
Currenty running fine with the Windows XP driver by the way.
Arjan.

No driver support for network adapter?
Just check out the manufacturers website, there should be drivers there. Then load them into Device Manager and off you go! :o)

You could try the manufacturers website as suggested by Zack, if they don't have any drivers available for Vista which is very possible, you could contact them to find out if they plan on developing any drivers for Vista, even if its in beta.
If you exhausted those avenues, your best bet is buying NIC thats compatible with Vista. -- Andre Windows Connect | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "Arjan" wrote in message
